What data do we collect?

When you fill in the configurator on this site, we collect your name and email address (required), and optionally your phone number, location, organization and the answers you give about your space and business (e.g. area, ceiling height, number of stations and installation preferences).

Why do we collect it?

Solely to be able to get back to you with a tailored proposal based on your request. The legal basis is legitimate interest in responding to a request you initiated yourself.

Who has access to the data?

Discgolfsimulator.se, a part of Tactive Games (Tjänstemannagatan 5, 892 50 Domsjö, Sweden), is the data controller. The email provider Resend processes the data as a data processor to deliver the notification email to us when you submit the form. We never sell your data to third parties.

How long do we keep the data?

For as long as needed to handle your request and any subsequent dialogue about your installation, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to request a copy, correction or deletion of your data. Contact us at kontakt@discgolfsimulator.se and we'll help you.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics for anonymous visitor statistics — but only if you accept it in the cookie banner. Analytics cookies are therefore only set after your consent, and you can decline without affecting your experience. We use no other tracking tools and never sell data on.
